To register and maintain an Account on the Gaya99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: Gaya99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including immediately upon registration. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any deposits will be returned via the original payment method, minus any amounts already wagered.
Gaya99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline a registration application or close an existing Account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred currency. You undertake to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required.
Gaya99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding a threshold determined by our compliance team. Standard KYC documentation accepted includes:
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Gaya99 may request additional documentation at any stage and may withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.

Gaya99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-preferred payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Gaya99 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet and FPX/DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of network confirmations.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds being satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
Gaya99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for the majority of requests. In certain circumstances — including but not limited to high-volume periods, compliance reviews, or technical maintenance — processing may take up to 24 hours. Gaya99 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits that vary by membership tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold). These limits are communicated within the Account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.
The primary operating currency of Gaya99 for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where deposits are made in alternative currencies (including cryptocurrency), conversion rates applicable at the time of transaction will apply. Gaya99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonus offers and promotions made available by Gaya99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

All bets placed through the Gaya99 platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sports betting terms. Gaya99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or wager where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity, technical error, or breach of these terms.
In the case of sports betting, Gaya99 applies industry-standard settlement rules for all markets, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), UFC, and other events. In the event that a game or bet is offered as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to software malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or data feed failure — Gaya99 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Players may not exploit technical errors for financial gain; doing so constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. Gaya99 may, at its discretion, impose individual account stake limits without prior notice where risk management considerations require it.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gaya99 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
Gaya99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, and to withhold or forfeit any Account Balance pending investigation. Where legally required, relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the Gaya99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gaya99 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Gaya99.
The Gaya99 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary to Gaya99. Unauthorised use of any Gaya99 trademark in connection with any product, service, or promotion is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gaya99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, Gaya99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of Gaya99.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, Gaya99 will process any pending withdrawals of verified balances within the standard processing timeframe and close the Account.
Gaya99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, or prolonged inactivity (as defined in section 12.3 below).
An Account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Gaya99 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of applicable fees are communicated within the Account dashboard.
Gaya99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the changes take effect.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gaya99 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of Malaysia.
In the event of a dispute, you must first submit a formal complaint to Gaya99 customer support. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the applicable gaming licensing authority in accordance with that authority's published complaints procedure.
